How we work with you
Upon receipt of your model and instructions to proceed, we will take your product through a process of design, analysis and inspection. We will establish the critical components of your product, whether these are casting integrity, material or dimensional features.
Utilising our casting simulation software Inspirecast, we will assign a foundry method to your product. This method will be tested, amended, and re tested until we achieve the desired results. Our casting simulation has been honed over ten years to replicate our actual casting process with a high level of accuracy.
At Investacast we continually strive to only use the best equipment and systems, such as investing in Solidworks™ as our go to CAD system. Our experienced product development managers are on hand to help develop and design your new tool. Your product is then managed under the strictest quality controls through our team of quality and technical engineers.
Our processes are controlled by a series of modern techniques that include data logging, routine testing and spectrographic analysis, ensuring that your product is manufactured right first time and every time.
