Product Design:

Assess and discuss with you your Product Design whether existing or conceptual to ensure that it is suitable for manufacture.

Tooling:

Design tooling in house and transfer tool design Models for manufacture at our outsourcing partners.

Sampling:

Provide Air Freighted samples with FAI, Chemical Analysis and Mechanical Test Certification.

Stock:

Order and maintain up to 4 months of product stock and release to Kanban demands.

Product Validation:

Ensure that all Production batches will undergo Inspections on site at Investacasts UK Facility prior to release.

Support:

Be your support “Back Up” Foundry in the event of unlikely complications.
