In House Tooling

Investacast are proud to offer the services of our own in house tooling facility at their Devon foundry. One of only a few UK Foundries with their own tooling facility, we can offer our clients a complete casting solution.We will convert customers’ concept drawings into full 3D Tooling designs using our Solidworks™ Software CAD System.

These tooling designs will then be utilised for direct manufacturing within our modern toolroom using the latest CNC and EDM technology.

Tools will be designed to suit the production quantities required. For low volume production [100-1000 per year] simple single cavity manually operated tools will be produced.

For the larger volumes[ 1000-100,000 per year] multi cavity Automatic tooling is designed and manufactured.
