Investacast's foundry offers the ability to provide an in house tooling facility for customers within the UK. One of only a few UK Foundries with their own tooling facility, we can offer our clients a complete casting solution.

Customers’ concept drawings can be converted into full 3D Tooling designs using our Solidworks CAD System.

These tooling designs will then be utilised for direct manufacturing within our modern foundry using the latest CNC and EDM technology.

Tools will be designed to suit the production quantities required. For low volume production [100-1000 per year] simple single cavity manually operated tools will be produced.		 Toolroom work

For the larger volumes[ 1000-100,000 per year] multi cavity Automatic tooling is designed and manufactured.
